      To launch a remote support session click the Download Remote Support button below.

      Most web browsers automatically download to your Downloads folder.

      Open the program called TechForceRemoteSupport-windows64-online.exe or  TechForceRemoteSupport-windows32-online.exe from your internet browser download manager, or the Downloads folder.

      It should then launch, and begin loading.  It may take some time if it needs to download additional components.

      Fill in your name and email address, then click Submit.

      Note: If the above utility doesn’t work download TeamViewer Quick Support from the here.

      To launch a remote support session click the Download Remote Support button below.

      Most Mac web browsers automatically download to your Downloads folder.  Go to this folder and open the file TechForceRemoteSupport-macos64-online.dmg.

      Note: If you get a warning message that says, “There may be a problem with this disk” click Open.

      You should then find an icon on your desktop called Support.

      Double click this icon.  Inside double click Remote Support icon.

      If you get a warning about the application being downloaded from the internet, click Open.  It should then launch, and begin loading.  It may take some time if it needs to download additional components.

      Fill in your name and email address, then click Submit.

      Due to MacOS security features, you might get a series of warning screens.

      • “Remote Support would like to record this computer’s screen.”  Click the Open System Preferences button, unlock the control panel and click the check box next to the Remote Support icon. You will get a warning to quit the program.  Quit Now, and launch remote support again.
      • “Remote Support would like to control this computer using accessibility features.”  Click the Open System Preferences button, unlock the control panel and click the check box next to the Remote Support icon. You will get a warning to quit the program.  Quit Now, and launch remote support again.
      • “Remote Support wants access to control System Events“.  Click OK

      We have the ability to remotely view your mobile device screen to walk you through making changes.  Tap the below link to download the appropriate mobile app for your device.

      After you download the app, Open it.

      When prompted, use the connection code 585-120 and then tap Start Support Session.

      On the following page you will see our logo. Tap the Connect button.

      On the following page enter your name and email address and tap Enter Support Queue.

      You will show up in our queue and we will connect when we are ready.  To share your screen, tap the three dots at the bottom left corner and tap Enable screen sharing. A new popup will show up, then click Start Broadcast.  We will be able to see your entire screen as you see it and assist you with your phone or tablet.

      You will need to tap the broadcasting notification and tap Stop Broadcasting after we disconnect.
